Foren is the second town you encounter in the game. The northern end connects to Route 1 and the southern end connects to Route 2.

Fishermans House

Located in the top right opposite the Pokémon Centre is the Fishermans house. After speaking to the fisherman here and defeating him you will receive the Old Rod

Crescent Cave

Crescent Cave 1F

A small cave located in the southern end of the town near the Route 2 entrance
